Return, Refund & Workshop Policy
Ecovine Studio Inc.
We take great care in preparing our products, plants, and workshop materials. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or reservation.
1. All Sales Are Final (No Change-of-Mind Returns)
Due to the nature of our products — including live plants, natural materials, and handcrafted glass containers — all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:

change of mind
-
personal preference
-
minor aesthetic variations
-
natural characteristics of handmade or natural items
2. Handcrafted & Natural Materials
Many of our products include handmade glass jars and natural plant materials. As a result, small variations such as slight differences in shape, tiny air bubbles, or natural markings may occur.
These variations are a normal part of the handmade and natural process, do not affect overall function or intended use, and are not considered defects.
They are therefore not grounds for return or refund.
3. Inspection at Pickup or Upon Delivery (Very Important)
We strongly encourage customers to inspect all items carefully:

At pickup, before leaving the location, or
-
Immediately upon delivery / upon opening the package
Please check:
-
glass containers for cracks or breakage
-
plants for obvious damage
-
completeness of all items included
By accepting the items and leaving the pickup location, or by not reporting issues immediately upon delivery, you acknowledge that the items were received in acceptable condition.
4. Functional Issues or Damage
If your item has a functional issue upon pickup or delivery (for example, broken glass or severe damage that affects usability):

Please notify us immediately, or
-
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, may offer:

a replacement, or
-
a store credit, or
-
another reasonable solution at our discretion
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case.
5. Live Plants Disclaimer
Live plants are affected by environmental conditions beyond our control, including light, temperature, humidity, handling, and watering after pickup or delivery.
We cannot guarantee the long-term health or survival of plants once they leave our care.
Accordingly, plant condition after pickup or delivery is not eligible for return or refund.
6. Workshop Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy
All workshop reservations are final.
We do not offer refunds for workshops.
Workshop materials and live plants are prepared and allocated specifically for each customer at the time of reservation. For this reason, cancellations and no-shows cannot be refunded.
No-Show Materials Pickup
If you do not attend your workshop (“no-show”), we can pack the prepared materials for you to pick up, subject to the following:

Pickup must be arranged by contacting us at ecovinestudio@gmail.com

Pickup location and time will be provided based on availability (and may be at our designated pickup point or a partner venue)

Materials are prepared for workshop use; results may differ without guided instruction
Rescheduling (Optional)
If rescheduling is offered in specific cases, it is at our sole discretion and may be subject to capacity limits, timing, and notice requirements.
